Dear CrossFit, thanks for the memories. These past four years have been nothing short of amazing. I’ll never forget walking into my first CrossFit class at Devils Backbone where @kelsey_willhite put me through a ‘warm up’ iykyk, the strangers that became family, switching gyms and adding to that family, to where I am now. I could not have been more blessed with the opportunities I have been given and the lessons I learned. While I wish bridges could be mended between people, I’m grateful for their time in my life and would welcome them back. With the CrossFit open starting this week, I won’t be participating. This broken foot might have been the thing that saved me from continuing down a crazy path of over reaching and trying to do it all. I’ll be back, but for now I’m resetting. #crossfitgirls #crossfit #girlswholift
